This article provides the technical details for connections to the MailMarshal (SEG) Cloud service (Integrated mode) for the US instance.
Email Transport and DNS
MailMarshal Cloud Integrated Mode does not require any changes to email transport settings or DNS based email validation such as DKIM, SPF, and DMARC.
All public email transport uses the addresses of the Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
Initial setup of the MailMarshal Cloud integration configures the connectors required for MailMarshal Cloud to retrieve messages from M365 and return processed messages to M365.
