and &lt;FONT face="Courier New"&gt;sendsecure.marshal8e6.co.uk&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description><pubDate>Mon, 13 Jul 2009 22:10:00 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>Charles Creegan</dc:creator></item><item><title>Messages Sent to MailMarshal SendSecure are Rejected</title><link>https://support.levelblue.com/kb/Goto12885.aspx</link><description>&lt;H2&gt;This article applies to:&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;MailMarshal SendSecure &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;H2&gt;Symptoms:&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Messages routed to the MailMarshal SendSecure service are rejected with a status code similar to the following:&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="Courier New"&gt;530 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="Courier New"&gt;454 4.7.1 &amp;lt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT face="Courier New"&gt;user@remote.zz&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT face="Courier New"&gt;&amp;gt;: Relay access denied&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Messages sent to secure recipients do not arrive.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;H2&gt;Causes:&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;P&gt;The MailMarshal SendSecure service may reject messages from your organization for one of several reasons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you receive messages indicating that a STARTTLS command must be issued first, this indicates that you have not enabled outbound TLS communication. &lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;To enable outbound TLS:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open the MailMarshal Configurator&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Navigate to Tools &amp;gt; MailMarshal Properties &amp;gt; Outbound Security (TLS) &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;EM&gt;Connect using TLS when supported by the target server&lt;/EM&gt;. &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Commit the configuration.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you received messages indicating that relaying was denied, this is probably because you are sending messages to the SendSecure service from an unauthorized IP address. &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;To correct this problem, contact your LevelBlue reseller or distributor and ask that the external IP address of your MailMarshal SMTP node be added to the authorized list of IP addresses.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Relaying could also be denied because you are sending messages from a new domain name that MailMarshal SendSecure has not been configured to accept. &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you have recently acquired a new domain name, contact your LevelBlue reseller or distributor and ask that your new domain name be added to the authorized domains list.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description><pubDate>Mon, 13 Jul 2009 22:09:00 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>Charles Creegan</dc:creator></item><item><title>Messages Sent from MailMarshal SendSecure Do Not Arrive</title><link>https://support.levelblue.com/kb/Goto12886.aspx</link><description>&lt;H2&gt;This article applies to:&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;MailMarshal SendSecure &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;H2&gt;Symptoms:&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Messages composed and sent from the SendSecure Web Portal do not arrive to your local recipients.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;H2&gt;Causes:&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;P&gt;The MailMarshal SendSecure service may not be able to deliver messages to your organization for one of several reasons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL dir=ltr&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;DIV style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px"&gt;Check your Receiver logs to see if delivery attempts are being made from the SendSecure service. &lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;DIV style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px"&gt;Ensure that none of your Receiver rules are blocking delivery from the SendSecure service.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;DIV style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px"&gt;Make sure that the TLS certificates that you originally supplied to LevelBlue have not changed or been replaced. &lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;DIV style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px"&gt;If certificates have been changed, contact your LevelBlue reseller or distributor and provide the new certificates so they can be associated with your SendSecure account.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px"&gt;If these suggestions do not help you resolve the issue, contact LevelBlue Technical Support.&lt;/P&gt;</description><pubDate>Mon, 13 Jul 2009 22:09:00 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>Charles Creegan</dc:creator></item></channel></rss>
