This article applies to:

  • MailMarshal for Exchange 5.1
  • MailMarshal for Exchange 5.0.3.29

Symptoms:

  • Error: 'Unable to run upgrade on MailMarshal for Exchange' received while moving data process.
  • '_ins5576._mp' is listed as a running processes in Windows Task Manager but is not using CPU resources and is using 'mmeprfmon.dll'.

Information:

Rename the mmeprfmon.dll located at:

  •  C:\program files\marshal software\mailmarshal for exchange\mmeprfmon.dll
