INFO: How is the User Group information stored on the mail processing nodes?

Expand / Collapse

This article applies to:

  • MailMarshal (SEG)
  • MailMarshal ECM/MailMarshal Exchange 7.X

Question:

How is the User Group information stored on the mail processing nodes?

Background:

In a multi-server MailMarshal environment, the mail processing nodes do not have direct access to the SQL database. Every five minutes, the Array Manager server replicates the UserGroup changes to the nodes.

Reply:

The method and location of the storage of the UserGroup information on the mail processing nodes is considered intellectual property of LevelBlue and is therefore not publicly available.
