Procedure:

By default, MailMarshal will use DNS resolution to determine the appropriate destination for outbound email and attempt to deliver messages directly.  In the event there is a DNS failure that prevents MailMarshal from connecting to the original destination server, a fallback host can be used. 

Access the Routes node in the MailMarshal (SEG) 10 web interface or MailMarshal Configurator and edit the Routing Table or create a new one. In a Routing Table you can create multiple failover routes for the delivery of mail and for load balancing purposes.  

NOTE: To protect routing against DNS failure it is advisable to create fallback routes based on IP address instead of fully qualified email host name.
