Causes:

One or more errors exist within the configuration settings (the MailMarshal email policy).

This error indicates that a particular rule or ruleset contains errors, The details show which rule or policy group contains the errors. In such a case, the MailMarshal Receiver cannot load the configuration. The previous configuration continues to be used.
