Expand / Collapse

This article applies to:

  • MailMarshal Exchange 5.1.1

Question:

  • Why is there no About option under Help within the Console for MailMarshal Exchange?
  • Why do I see MailMarshal SMTP info within the Help > About of MailMarshal Exchange?

Procedure:

To resolve this issue follow the steps below:

  1. Close the MailMarshal Exchange console and the MailMarshal SMTP console if that is also on the machine.
  2. Download the zipped patch from this article.
  3. Unzip the file.
  4. Run the Patch and follow the prompts on the screen.
  5. The correct information will now be displayed within the Help of the console.

Notes:

The patch executable only changes registry settings and does not affect installed files or future upgrades.
