• How do I increase the size of the event log?

Procedure:

Follow the steps below to increase the size of the Event Logs in Microsoft Windows:

1. On the machine where the Marshal product is installed, click on Start and select Run.
2. In the Open field., enter eventvwr
3. In the Event Viewer, expand Windows Logs. Right click  Application and select Properties.
4. Adjust the Log Size accordingly.

Notes

• It is good practice when adjusting the log size settings to select Overwrite events as needed.
• The default settings in recent versions of Windows Server are reasonable. Beware of consuming too much disk space with logs.
