Question:

• Why does the MailMarshal engine fail to start when using a content size or count condition?

Cause:

• Using the Where number of attachments is or any other count or size condition in a rule
• Entered 0 for the number/size to match
• MailMarshal engine will not start
• Error message: Num Attachments parameters are invalid 

Resolution:

In ECM, change the rule condition, commit configuration, and restart the engine. To match zero, you can set the condition to "less than 1".
