McAfee for Marshal 5.200 has been replaced by McAfee for Marshal 6.0.1. Marshal strongly urges customers to update McAfee for Marshal to version 6.0 as soon as possible.

The Release Notes included with the McAfee for Marshal installation are accurate as of the date of publication (December 18, 2007). This article provides any information generated after that date.

Important note:

McAfee has declared End of Support for the McAfee 5.2.00 Anti-Virus Scanning Engine, effective January 31, 2009.  Installations using McAfee Engine version 5.2.00 will not be supported by McAfee after that date. Installations using earlier versions of the McAfee Engine are not supported as of the date of this article.
