Information:

• Spam Quarantine Management Website configuration fails to save.
• "Failed to save to web.config. Please ensure IIS has the required write permission to perform this action."  

Resolution:

1. Locate the Web Components install directory
   • For MailMarshal 8.X, 10.0 and above: C:\Program Files (x86)\Trustwave\SEG Web Components\Spam Quarantine Management
   • For other versions, see article Q10832.
2. Delete the Web.config file.
3. Then re-run the Web Components installer.
