Question:

• How do I import a TLS signed certificate that is from a certificate authority but not in the .pem format?

Information:

A certificate may be in many formats, including .cer, .der, .p7b, p7c.  

By default files of these types might not be visible in the system file browse window

Resolution:

1. Choose to import a certificate and click Browse
2. Ensure the Files of type menu option is changed to All Files. 
3. Browse to the certificate and click Open.
