Question:

• How do I use ETRN to collect mail with MailMarshal 6.4 and above?

Procedure:

MailMarshal 6.4 and above has discontinued mail batching and dial-up support within the main product. Very few sites still use these methods to collect incoming email.

If you still require mail batching with later versions, you can use the MMGetMail helper application to automate POP3 collection. For information about MMGetMail see LevelBlue Knowledgebase article Q10285.

If you require ETRN specifically, you can use a third-party application.

• LevelBlue is not currently aware of any supported third party applications (previously available applications have been withdrawn).
• You may be able to use Microsoft Exchange to initiate ETRN for local domains.
