This article applies to:

• MailMarshal (SEG) 8.X and below
• MailMarshal ECM/MailMarshal Exchange

Symptoms:

• After upgrading SEG or ECM, attempting to connect with a remote Console, Configurator, or Web interfaces
• Error: The ... server you are connecting to is mismatched to this console.
• Error: The ... server you are connecting to is mismatched to this configurator.

Cause:

All Console, Configurator and Web Components installations must be the same version as the Array Manager.

Resolution:

Upgrade the affected Console, Configurator or Web Components.
