• How can I troubleshoot problems with Trustwave Spam Reporter for Outlook?

Background:

Trustwave Spam Reporter is an Outlook (Office365) add-in that allows email users to report a message as spam with one click. This information is used to update spam and malware detection for the MailMarshal Secure Email Gateway product.

Replacement solution:

LevelBlue now recommends use of the Microsoft Report button with custom settings. This button is available in supported versions of Outlook.

If you are experiencing problems with the Spam Reporter, you should move to the new solution.
