HOWTO: Setting Time Format for the Management Console

Expand / Collapse

This article applies to:

  • MailMarshal 10.0.4 and above
  • Management Console website

Question:

  • How do I set the time format for the Management Console?

Procedure:

In MailMarshal version 10.0.4 and above, the time format in the Management Console website (message history and folder views) uses the settings from Windows System time format on the Array Manager server.

To change the format:

  1. From the Windows Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region, select Change date, time, or number formats.
  2. Select a regional format or custom format.
  3. On the Administrative tab, click Copy Settings. Select Copy your current settings to Welcome Screen and System Accounts. Click OK.
  4. From IIS Manager, restart the MailMarshal Config Service website.
  5. To update the view in browsers, force refresh (CTRL-F5), or log out and log in again.
