HOWTO: How do I add additional serial numbers for server add-ons or support subscriptions?

Question:

How do I add additional serial numbers for server add-ons or support subscriptions?

Procedure:

To add a serial number, follow these steps.

  1. Select the Help drop-down menu from the menu bar (top left) of the console.

  2. Then, select Add Serial Numbers...  

  3. Add the serial number(s), one at a time in the text box.

  4. Click the Submit button.  

  5. Once finished, click Closed.
