Question:

Symptoms:

• Cannot report on a specific protocol.

Procedure:

In order to create a custom protocol family, please follow the steps below:

1. Access Firewall (or Proxy) Reporting > Options.
2. Under the Common Options column click the Protocols link.
3. Click Manage Protocol Families.
4. Click Add.
5. In the Protocol Family text box replace ***New Protocol Family*** with the family name you wish to create.
6. Click Apply.
7. Click Save List.

After you have created your custom protocol family, you can add any protocol you want to that family.
