The new release will attempt to detect the installed support subscription, so it is necessary to ensure that the latest support subscription has been installed prior to upgrading. To do this, click on the Help menu from the toolbar (top left) of the Firewall Suite interface and then select the About option. If the support subscription has been installed this window will reflect the expiration date.

Install the downloaded executable to the same directory as the current installation.

You will be prompted to migrate your previous settings. If you wish to keep the existing profiles and reports, choose Yes.
