When generating reports in Microsoft Word file format and attaching them to e-mail to clients, you may find that some clients do not have access to Microsoft Word or any other application which will import a file in .doc format.

The following URL links to a Microsoft Word document viewer that works well on computers running Microsoft Windows 95, 98, or NT.   It enables users to view Microsoft Word documents without having to purchase the full retail version of the product. The viewer is freeware and is distributed by Microsoft.
