PRB: Previous and Next buttons are not clickable when creating a profile.

Previous and Next buttons are not clickable when creating a profile.
Unable to finish creating profile.
Cannot finish profile creation wizard becasue Next or Back button is not clickable.

This is caused by the inability to execute specific Java commands within older versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer.

In order to resolve this issue please upgrade your browser to Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher.
