PRB: The 'Next', 'Previous', and 'Cancel' buttons at the bottom of the page are not responding to mouse clicks when attempting to set up a profile for firewall reporting, after selecting the type of firewall.

  • Security Reporting Center 2.1

Symptoms:

  • The 'Next', 'Previous', and 'Cancel' buttons at the bottom of the page are not responding to mouse clicks when attempting to set up a profile for firewall reporting, after selecting the type of firewall.
  • Firewall Reporting Wizard locks up or stops responding.

Causes:

Security Reporting Center 2.1 is not compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x

Information:

Upgrade your web browser to Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x or higher.
