Question:

  • How do I ensure MySQL is patched and up to date?

Procedure:

Access the MySQL website to find the required patch for your installation. See: www.mysql.com 

NOTE: Review the patches carefully before you use them with your MySQL installation as they are unsupported by Marshal. 

Notes:

Before installing any patches it is adviseable to back up your MySQL database.
