Service Blocking * Turn Instant Messaging and/or “P2P” blocking “on”, then click “Apply” In your Global Group Profile and/or IP Group Profiles, make sure that you are blocking the “Instant Messaging” and/or “Peer-to-peer/File Sharing” categories.
