Error message during activation of R3000

Got following error during activation of R3000.

Software error:

DBD::mysql::db do failed: Duplicate entry 'r3000' for key 1 at /var/WWW/html/cgi-bin/activate_r2000 line 150.

It means the hostname you assigned to the unit is already been used. Please use another hostname and then try again to activate the filter. If you receive the same error again or this is an RMA unit and you want to keep the old hostname of the unit please contact 8e6 Technical Support. Please have serial numbers of old and new filter ready.
