  • Enterprise Reporter

Question:

Empty Search String Column After Upgrading to 4.1

Reply

After upgrading an Enterprise Reporter to software version 4.1, Search String Column in detailed reports is blank.

This is normal for all Enterprise Reporters that have not completed a weekly cycle after being upgraded to 4.1.  In software version 4.1, database structure changes to accommodate new features and search string, happens to be one of the new features that 4.1 introduce.  As database tables are rotated every Sunday and new tables are created, search string column will be included as part of the new table format the new table and data will start to appear in the reports.  Please allow 1-7 days for this feature to work properly.
