Question:

I'm receiving email alerts from the ER saying "dbcontrol has processed duplicate files 3 or more times."

 The most likely cause is that you have multiple R3000’s sending log files to the ER at exactly the same time.  Our technical support staff can adjust the timing on your R3000s so that you don’t keep receiving these messages.  Normally, this is a warning message only; it does not affect filtering or log processing.
