This article applies to:

  • Enterprise Reporter

Question:

Cannot log in to the Web Client

Reply

When you browse to the Enterprise Reporter’s IP address, be sure that you’re specifying port 8080, or port 8443 if you’re using secure “https.”

If the login page fails to come up, you may need to re-start the Web Client.  Browse to the ER on port 88, then restart the Web Client by selecting “Web Client Server Management” from the drop-down menu.

If you get the login page but can’t connect to the database, please contact Technical Support.
