Will a Full Library Update override local changes made to the 8e6 Library?

If a URL has been added/deleted locally from an 8e6 Library, will the Nightly Library update or a Full Library update override the local changes made to the Library?

 

Local Library additions/deletions will always take precedence over any updates pushed out by 8e6.
