Can anyone tell me what these new categories (FLV WMV) are that showed up in the GUI?

In a nutshell, FLV and WMV are the two of the new Streaming Video Pattern categories. You can block embedded videos whether they are Flash based in IE (FLV) or Windows Media based (WMV).
