ER 4.1.20.17 Admin GUI (port 88) does not allow login

If you attempt to login to the ER 4.1.20.17 Admin GUI on port 88 (or 808 on an R3000IR), your login may be rejected with no error message. This will occur if you are attempting to use a short hostname to access the box due to new security features in the 4.1.20.17 version. In order to login, you must either use a fully qualified hostname, the box's IP address, or an HTTPS login.
