No filtering after restoring a backup

Reply

You just restored a backup in your filter and now no filtering is taking place.

Two things to check:

1. Perform a library lookup on playboy.com in Library>Library Lookup, if it's "not found in master library", then go to
Library>Updates>Manual Update and do a Full URL Library Update. Keep in mind this may take 2 - 3 hours depending on your bandwith.

2. Check your profiles in Group>LDAP or IPGROUP custom categories section and make sure they are not on PASS instead of ALLOW or BLOCK
