The ? is unclickable in filter R3000 filter GUI

Have you ever noticed in the filter GUI there is a ? (help section) at the top that is unclick able?
This is a description summary of what the filter does in the current view you are looking at. Holding your mouse over the ? shows only for a few seconds.

 Hit your F1 key on your keyboard to view the popup help section in the filter.
