It's possible the installer is not able to detect that a version of the client is already running. check to see if "Inetcntrl.exe" is running in the Task Manager under 'processes'. If it is running, end-task on the process, delete the file 'Inetcntrl.exe' from "\%windows%\system32\Inetcntrl\" and reboot once more. If that still does not correct it, it may be that the installer has become corrupted and you may need to use the Microsof Windows Installer Cleanup Utility (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301) to remove it from the Windows Installer. Once you remove it with this utility, you should also delete the files from \%windows%\system32\Inetcntrl\. Then rerun the Mobile Client installation .msi.
