Question:

• How to setup Real Time Probe login accounts.
• Can non-admin users be allowed to run Real Time probes?

Procedure:

Real Time Probe Logon Accounts can be used to define GUI accounts that have the ability to run Real Time Probes. These account can only be used at the RtProbe.html login screen and not the normal R3000 Administrator GUI login.

You can setup the Real Time Probe login accounts under the Reporting tab > Real Time Probes > Logon Accounts. You have to define and configure all the accounts manually. Only the accounts listed under "Current Accessible Users" will be allow to login.

To use the login account, users will have to go to the following URL:

http://<R3000_IP>:88/R3000/RtProbe.html

(NOTE: Again, this account will not work in the normal GUI login prompt)

Upon login, the only thing that comes up is the Real Time Probes Report GUI, with the View and Create tabs.
