The R3000, ER, and TAR appliances are compatible with SNMP v2c. (Version 1 is no longer supported).
You must specify "SNMPv2c" when you CREATE a new SNMP credential. You cannot go back and edit an existing credential. So, go into the Credentials Library and create a NEW SNMP credential, specifying "SNMPv2c" as the type.
