• Web sites are misaligned, unformatted or text only?

Procedure:

Two ways this can happen:

• Check that 'Image Servers & Image Search Engines' ,or 'Edge Content Servers/Infrastructure' are not blocked.
• Check if Uncategorized Sites is set to'Warn' in the profile (see example below)

This is the area in the filter that affects un-categorized sites.
