FAQ: Can I search for keywords in the Enterprise Reporter?

Question:

  • Can I search for keywords in the Enterprise Reporter?

Reply:

The keywords that are shown in reports are keywords that are in the filter database and keywords the admin has added. The keyword option must be turned on in the filter profile under filter options. The filter does not record what the user typed in a search engine unless keyword option is turned on . There is no feature to explicitly run a report on keywords only.
