FAQ: How can I disable a User Group from the Web Client

Question:

  • How can I disable a User Group

Reply:

1. Click the Settings topic in the navigation panel to open its menu and then click on User Groupings.

2. Select the user group from the Group Definations pull-down menu. Users set up for that group display in the list box in this frame.

3. Click the Disable Group button to exclude the user group from reports.

Notes:

Any user group that is currently disabled can be enabled for reporting.
