FAQ: How do I access the BIOS while using the serial port?

Question
How can I enter the appliance BIOS if I am accessing the Finjan Vital Security NG1100 and Vital Security NG5400 appliances using a serial cable?

Answer
As described at the bottom of the POST screen, press the TAB button instead of the DEL button when accessing the appliance BIOS through the serial port.
