FAQ: Why does there appear to be a duplicate Security Update after 8.4.0 installation?

Question
Why does the security update that I previously installed on 8.3.X (as shown in the Installed Update tab) reappear on the Available Updates tab together with the 8.4.0 installation?

Answer
8.4.0 does not support the format of the previously installed security update and has reset the system to use security update #52. Please make sure to install the latest security update after the 8.4.0 installation.

Note: You will see both security updates afterwards in the Installed Updates tab, but from the logs you can see that they are actually different (e.g. one is SECURITY_UPDATE830000053 and the second one is SECURITY_UPDATE840000053).
