Hotspot Shield is an increasingly popular proxy software that uses multiple technologies to bypass web filters. Unfortunately, one of these is UDP packets, which are not filtered by the R3000. In order to block Hotspot Shield it is necessary to block unauthorized UDP packets on the firewall level. Please consult your firewall instructions for more details on doing this.
