Question:

  • How do I find out the number of hits per pay that the Enterprise reporter is login?

 

Information:

Log into the web client of the Enterprise reporter and then go to Settings->Server Statistics->ER Activity->Select "Hits Per day" and then click on "Draw Chart". This would show you the number of hits per day and if you need by month or week you would follow the same step. Make sure you have your pop-up blocker off and you have PDF on the computer.
