  • Do I need to uninstall the current version of the Mobile Client I am using in order to use software version 3.0?

Information:

We introduced significant changes into the Mobile Client 3.0.0 and install/uninstall components for the Mac. For reliable performance and upgrades, you MUST manually remove all prior versions of both the Mac and Wibdows Mobile Client before upgrading to version 3.0.
