BUG: Mac Authenticator pegs CPU Cycles

This article applies to:

  • Mac Authenticator 1.0.3 and prior 

Symptoms:

  • When the Mac Authenticator is unable to reach the filter's virtual IP, it will sometimes consume all idle CPU cycles.

Causes:

  • Known bug

Resolution:

This bug has been fixed in a test build which Escalation is in charge of - version 1.0.6.  These fixes are also present in Authenticator 2.0.
