HOWTO: Manually force re-synchronization on filters

Expand / Collapse

This article applies to:

  • R3000
  • WF/WFR

Question:

  • Synchronization appears to be working correctly when looking at the synchronization history logs in the filter GUI.  However, the target's filtering behavior is different from the source's.  Can I manually force a re-synchronization of all sync'able configuration elements?

Procedure:

This can be done by logged into the source filter GUI, and going to System -> Synchronization -> Synchronization settings.  From there, simply hit the "sync all" button.  This will force the source to update all sync'able files on the target, including filtering profiles and library changes.
