PRB: After logout from Web Filter UI, Firefox crash

This article applies to:

  • Web Filter (R3000) 4.0.10
  • Mac OS X using Firefox 3.6

Symptoms:

  • When clicking the logout button on the Web Filter user interface, the logout process will be successful. However, after a period of a few seconds the Firefox browser window will crash. 

Workaround:

Instead of clicking on the logout button when finished, please close the Firefox tab that is logged into the Web Filter user interface.
