Question:

• I recently received the Trustwave WFR (Web Filter and Reporter) appliance and it is at version 2.0.00, and I also have the standard R3000 at software version 3.0.10 in production, however, I need to know if both the R3000 filter and the WFR would synchronize together?

Information:

The two appliances (WFR 2.0.0 and R3000 3.0.10) would not synchronize until you upgrade the R3000 filter to version 4.0.10, and also upgrade the WFR to version 2.0.10

Notes:

Please call technical support to know when the WFR version 2.0.10 and the 4.0.10 version of the Filter would be released.
