Question:

I’m receiving the following error in the ‘Patch Update Log’ after the 4.0.10 patch upgrade:

Final update status: Update completed with the following errors.
Error messages encountered:
Failed to download patch.conf.IR. (Exception)

Reply:

The upgrades after the 4.0.10 for the IR are being served from a new location on the update servers; the message means that the patch.conf.IR is empty at this time.
