Question:

How do I manually uninstall Authenticator 2.x as a Service (Service Mode) ?

Procedure:

Here are the commands to manually uninstall the Authenticator as a service

net stop M86_Auth

msiexec /x Authenticator-Service.msi /qn

The first line will stop the running instance, which allows for the service to be removed from the Windows service control manager. The second line will perform the actual uninstall.
